History

  • 1800

    Grange Farm, located in the village of Seaton in Rutland (England) was first established as a working farm. It was rebuilt in 1828 to add more outbuildings.

  • 1897

    This group of buildings in Seaton Village was first named in the 1897 Ordnance Survey Map.

  • 2010s

    The redundant Iron-Stone buildings were converted into a high-quality rural business centre. Preserving the local architectural heritage of the village of Seaton

  • 2020s

    Upgraded to a high-spec modern workspace, ground-source heat pumps, high-speed broadband, and CAT II lighting

  • Driving

    Set your SatNav to Grange Road, Seaton, LE15 9HT. When turning in to Grange Road follow it all the way to the end and turn right into the furthest building. There is a parking.

  • Public Transport

    The closest railway stations are Corby and Oakham. We are located less than 20 minutes away by taxi which can be caught outside Corby station. For Oakham, pre-booking is strongly encouraged.

  • Hotels and B&Bs

    There is a range of seven different pubs and restaurants with en suite rooms. Prices start at £60 per night and can have special deals on for meals and board.

  • Camping & Caravanning

    If home from home is your thing, Seaton is located less than 10 minutes from Rutland Water. One of Britain's most iconic artificial lakes! Camp at a dedicated campsite, or use a local pub car parks if you're a member of the right clubs.
