History

1800
Grange Farm, located in the village of Seaton in Rutland (England) was first established as a working farm. It was rebuilt in 1828 to add more outbuildings.

This group of buildings in Seaton Village was first named in the 1897 Ordnance Survey Map.

The redundant Iron-Stone buildings were converted into a high-quality rural business centre. Preserving the local architectural heritage of the village of Seaton

Set your SatNav to Grange Road, Seaton, LE15 9HT. When turning in to Grange Road follow it all the way to the end and turn right into the furthest building. There is a parking.

The closest railway stations are Corby and Oakham. We are located less than 20 minutes away by taxi which can be caught outside Corby station. For Oakham, pre-booking is strongly encouraged.
