This is a very quick but effective quilt, because the fabric does most of the heavy lifting. And a log cabin is such an easy block to make.

The finished piece measures 37 x 37 inches square and is great for beginners and for the more experienced quilters.

Requirements

  1. 1⁄2 m of Ombre Rainbow extra wide fabric - I used Rainbow Blend.

  2. 1⁄2 m of black fabric for corners and binding.

  3. Wadding and backing at least 1m square.

 In addition, you will need threads for piecing and quilting.
