Obtaining supplies.

The first hurdle was obtaining the paper. Basically any type of paper can be used but the choice can affect the ease of folding and the result. My first attempt was in newspaper and proved to be wholly unsuccessful. Why? Kami is a popular choice and is slightly lighter in weight to copy paper though Washi is most commonly used in Japan. Once I tried to locate some paper I began to feel swamped under the choice. So I finally managed to order what I hope is suitable paper.
